How does one pronounce "Auriga"?
How was the name developed and does it have an aviation meaning or history?
Thanks!
Ben

Slow day at the office????
Try this - the general Latin definition is "Charioteer"

Jim,
Yeah, I had some time before my next appointment and couldn't figure how to say it to one of my EAA friends.

aw-rahy-guh

It helps to ask questions here because of the vast pool of knowledge, as you demonstrated.
And, I was pronouncing it wrong. (Interesting history).
Thanks!
Ben
