Greetings all. My son and I are planning to be at Oshkosh for the EAA meeting next month and are wondering if there are any plans for a get-together of Express owners and builders. I noticed in the CAFE report on Jerry Sjostrand's Express that the prototype Express first flew in 1987 and that it was at Oskosh that same year. Maybe the Oshkosh gang should have a 20th birthday party for the Express. Ben | |||

Ben, that would be a really great excuse to get together. It seems to me that those who have posted notes here that the Tuesday would be best for most. Has anyone any venue and time that we could meet at? It has been mentioned to me that at another time, they met up at the Vesta stand and made arrangements from there. Hello everybody from Switzerland I am planning to depart Basel / Switzerland with my EXPRESS 2000 ER tomorrow Monday, 23JUL07 at 10.00 LT to fly directly to Oshkosh. The planned flight time is 29:37 h and the scheduled arrival time in Oshkosh is Tuesday 24JUL07 / 08.00 LT (+ / - 2 hours, depending on winds aloft and ATC). For customs clearance I will be with Basler FBO. After a few hours of sleep, the aircraft will be moved to the Lycoming exhibit where it is planned to remain till Sunday. Hope to see you in Oshkosh!
