Greetings, Now that N89TF is a real airplane, one of our final challenges was getting the required dual given for insurance purposes. Thankfully, this past week finally blessed the Pacific Northwest with a nice week of good flying weather. Thankfully my father and I had chose this week to get on Joel Pressly's schedule, and with high hopes we traveled from Ohio to Portland on Wednesday. Thursday gave us a wonderful day of perfect weather so I could get the insurance-required time in the beautiful N511EA, as well as get some air-to-air pictures of N911DJ, the Series 2000 RG. I won't even bother trying to post them here, but I will include the links to them for anyone interested. I also want to tell everyone that it was truly a pleasure meeting both Darrell Peterson and Joel Pressly. Not that there was any doubt, but both gentleman were truly class acts. I was very impressed with Mr. Peterson's shop, ideas, and of course N911DJ. Mr. Pressly was a wonderful instructor, great tour guide and all around great guy. Both my father and I are very glad that our trip worked out as planned, and are very encouraged for the Express after meeting these guys. Thank you both again, Darrell and Joel!!!
