Need a composite 101 lesson: Assuming urethane foams are all the same, I used a can of premixed foam (used to fill household cracks) to fill the front of the cowling. After shaping it superbly, I coated it with a glass bead-epoxy mixture and watched it become soft, shrivel and warp beyond recognition. Copelands used X-40 Expanding Foam for theirs. What foams are totally compatible with Vinyl Ester epoxy?
