Flaps setting

I was wondering what flaps you use on downwind,base and final? Do you reflex -10 in cruse?

Hi, I'm using 10 for start and 30 short final
I have fowler flaps on my airplane

Standard CT express with NLF wing. Do any of you use reflex in cruise (I think it's -10 or something like that)? If so, does it help your cruise?
